Am i fat?????

Today, i went to renew my MYKad.
I was shocked...
Gosh.....
My face looks ROUND...
As Round As a ball...
However, my body weight maintained.....
Is around 45kg-47kg.....
All my fats....accumulates in my face...
OR
my buccinator hypertrophy??
hahahahaah...
I laughed out after i received my temporary MYKAD...
Gosh.....funny......my face soooooo chubby..
Just like baby's face....
hiak hiak....
Am i need to slim my face???
